My Patreon (Yelena Nude Pic!)

Okay, I finally got to it and revamped my Patreon. I had a few more ideas, so let's cut straight to it.

First of all, here's a link to my Patreon.

Now, what does my Patreon offer?

Early access, basically. If you sign up to donate 5$ per month, you'll get to look at naked versions of my newer cover art, as well as previews of stories I'm working on. I want to be clear: There will be NO permanent Patreon-exclusive content. What that means is that the stories you can preview will obviously come out at some point, and the nude pics will eventually get posted to my blog and my Twitter, so don't feel like you have to donate.

I just want people to donate because they want to, but I also want to give people something worth donating for.

If you want to read the first chapter to DEMONESS II right now, then follow this link and sign up for the 5$/month recurring donation and read away!

And although I did post a nude version of Yelena as one of the posts as well, as a show of good faith, I'll put the picture up right here, right now.

Cause Yelena's fucking hot.

I hope this makes everyone happy!

And I really, really appreciate anyone who donates. Even if you feel like 5$ a month is too much, there's still a 1$ option, which will help out a lot as well. Thank you so much!

More Quick Updates

Hey, I just thought I'd check in and let everyone know what's up.

Mainly I'm writing this because updates normally do not take this long for me when I have an episodic serial going on, which, in this case, is Sex & Survival Season Three. As of right now, I'm just two episodes in, and I've got about a third of the next episode written.

There's a few reasons why production of this season has been so slow.

The first is that I've got things going on in my real life that's interfering with my work. Nothing serious, just a lot of little things.

The second reason is that I'm working on Demoness II.

The third reason is that I'm actually really looking forward to being able to exclusively write longer form fiction, and being able to move away from shorter, episodic work. Now that I've actually begun that process, it's honestly sapping my motivation to keep writing the short form stuff. Especially considering that not many people seem to be reading the shorter form stuff. I don't want it to come off like if something isn't making money, then I don't care about it, but it's more just that if I'm having a hard time working up the motivation to keep going with it, and readers aren't all that interested, then well...yeah, it's hard to work hard on something like that.

Now, I do intend to finish Sex & Survival Season Three, because I have not yet, and will not, leave a season undone once started.

So that's what's up with Sex & Survival.

As for Demoness II, well, as of writing this, I'm about 20,000 words in, or roughly 60 Kindle Pages. Last night, I sat down and broke down the layout I had for Demoness II a little more, to try and get a better idea of how long the story is going to be based off of what I have so far, and...

Well, I'm beginning to think that Demoness II might actually be longer than I thought it would. It's hard to translate story length to word amount, or in other words, it's hard to tell how long one part of the story is going to end up being. But for quick reference, my original plan was for this to be 40,000 words long, give or take. So that means right now, I should be about halfway done.

Well, I'm not. I'm almost done with Chapter Three, and there's eleven total chapters. Now, that doesn't mean that every chapter is going to be around seven thousand words, based on those numbers so far. A few of them are definitely going to be shorter. But not all of them, and I still have a ways to go. So I'd say that getting this done by the end of the month is out of the question now, but I'm really going to try and have it done before the end of March.

One thing that you can use to help you figure out when it's done is this: I will not publish it before publishing Sex & Survival: The Complete Third Season. I fully intend to wrap that series up before continuing on.

And that's all I've got for now.

Thoughts & Reflections: Paranormal Passions

Paranormal Passions was my first foray into a totally different universe.

I'd been kicking around the idea of doing a more modern setting for a new series, and given that I'd gone to the extreme future and the extreme past (sort of), I figured more contemporary was the next logical step. And so Paranormal Passions was born. Obviously I needed more monster women, so paranormal stuff made the most sense. Unfortunately, there just weren't as many opportunities for inhuman lady sex. I mean elves, witches, werewolves, vampires...they're not really that different from regular humans on a physical level. Well, werewolves when they transform, but you get what I mean. I did my best to try and work with that.

Like all my other series, I only had a vague idea of what I wanted to do. I knew that I wanted to have an inexperienced human guy living next to a hot older vampire chick, they hook up, they start getting serious, and she starts passing him around among her friends like a sex toy.

I tried to come up with a variety of different personalities and backgrounds for the women. Hannah and her typically asocial hermit attitude, Lara and very casual attitude towards sex, Alexis and her anxiety, Delilah the social butterfly. And it was fun to see which way the relationships would develop, which would remain casual, which would get more serious, and how serious.

Originally, I envisioned a bit more in terms of seasons. I feel bad because I keep saying that, but again I just kept running into those problems of running out of steam at around Season Three. I guess that's my hard limit. Although really, it all would've ended up in the same place: with them living together and pursuing their passions and being happy.

I like happy endings.

I do have future plans for the Paranormal Passions universe, so if you like it, you can expect to see more stuff like this in a longer format, which I'm hoping will let me do a lot better in terms of character development and storytelling.

Hopefully you had fun reading Paranormal Passions!

Quick Updates

So I've been pretty quiet for the past several weeks. I've been at least trying to relax, and for the most part I've succeeded. (Sort of.)

Now that we're into 2018, I'm trying to get back on the wagon of putting out regular content, but I've been kind of having some difficulty figuring out exactly how I want to go ahead.

Okay, that's not true. I know how I want to go ahead, I'm just not sure if it's a good idea or not.

So I'm still kind of just fumbling around and dithering. But here's my thoughts and also a little bit of news.

First, I've planned out Sex & Survival Season Three and I'm going to be working on getting it out over the next month or so. The news in regards to that is the covers for it will not resemble the others in the series so far, nor the others I have adopted for Generation Two. The reason for this is because I figured that at this point, I probably should be putting my money towards the drawings that are going to make up the newer covers.

Now, I was actually going to finish out Sex & Survival with the cover design it already has. However, I just learned that the person I go to has doubled their price. Which is fine, they're good at what they do, and quick about it on top of that, and I obviously advocate for people making their living off of being creative earning more money for that creativity, especially if they're talented and hardworking.

However, my own money situation isn't stellar, and like I said, it makes more sense to put more money towards the drawings.

So that's why the covers are going to suddenly look different, because I'm now doing them myself, and I'm not all that good at it.

Okay, in other news.

Demoness is just about ready to be put up. I've gone over and edited it, and made a few tweaks (namely slight adjustments to Yelena's appearance, after working with the artist to create the drawing of her and figuring out what looked best), and I've added in a hyperlinked Table of Contents, which is going to become normal in my longer titles. All that's left is to turn the drawing into a cover.

Besides working on S&S Season Three, I'm going to be working hard on getting Demoness 2 and 3 written and out.

That's where everything begins to break down.

Now, what I'd like to do is to keep going with longer titles. Like, that's all I want to write anymore. I know I mentioned two new episodic series, but if there were no constraints, if I could write without concerns of bills, I would actually turn those into longer titles. I actually got what I think is a really fun, cool idea for a novel set in the Sex & Survival universe, with the potential for being a series of novels, and I personally think the idea would be much better as a series of novels as opposed to a series of shorts.

The Misty Vixen Starter Pack is doing technically better than pretty much anything else I've published recently is doing. It makes me tentatively hopeful.

In short, I've got some more things I need to get on doing. Namely trying a bit of marketing and putting up some content on other sites to see if those will help in any way. As it stands right now, I'm kind of playing it by ear. I'll hopefully have a better idea of what I'm actually going to do by the time Demoness 2 and 3 and Sex & Survival Season Three are wrapped up.

Thanks for reading and wish me luck!

Wish me luck and merry Christmas!

The Misty Vixen Starter Pack!

It's here.

After a lot of work over a long period of time, I have finally finished this.

So what is it?

The Misty Vixen Starter Pack is exactly that: a starter pack. An introduction to all that is Misty Vixen. It features four original novellas, each of them set in one of my four primary erotica universes. So even if you're already familiar with me, you'll still get a LOT of brand new content.

Let's go down the list.

LIKE A SEX TOY takes place in the Sci-Fi universe where humans and aliens live alongside each other. It focuses on David, a young human technician serving aboard a military vessel. He begins a highly sexual relationship with a submissive, redheaded, seven-foot super soldier, Sierra, as well as her two friends: Miranda, a mature, tough soldier, and Nicole, a shy alien intelligence officer.

ROOMMATES WITH BENEFITS takes place in my Paranormal Romance universe where humans and paranormal entities share living space in a modern environment. It focuses on Scott, a young, ordinary human who has decided that the time has come to move out on his own. Although that doesn't necessarily mean living alone. When he happens upon a very strange living arrangement opportunity, he takes a chance and moves in with Rayne, a succubus, Haley, an elf, and Jocelyn, a vampire. They all have an ulterior and sexy motive for asking him to move in with them.

LAY OF THE LAND takes place in the Fantasy universe where humans live alongside elves, cat-people, and lizard-people in the settlements and villages, and monsters roam the landscape. Some monsters are sexy ladies and very friendly. It focuses on Jeremy, a young human who has recently come of age and has been sent by his parents alone to the family cabin, outside of town, in the woods. In order to prove his reliability, he is tasked with living there and fixing it up over the next few weeks. He thinks it will be fun but uneventful, however, that changes when he meets Lyssa, a beautiful, shy dryad who has been spying on him. When she admits that she has always desperately yearned to learn what sex with a human is like, he agrees to sleep with her, and she begins introducing him to her other sexy female monster friends.

A NEW WORLD takes place in the Post Apocalyptic universe where decades have passed since a virus turned half of humanity into mindless zombies, and half of the survivors into mutations. Some become very tall, some grow fur or scales, others can live underwater. Brandon is a young man who is very skilled with a variety of mechanical and technical things. Normally, this would make him highly valuable. Unfortunately, the settlement he lives in exists basically technology-free. So imagine his delight when a pair of inhuman women, Audrey the seven and a half foot goliath, and Sadie, the blue-pink cat-woman, show up and offer him a new life. He agrees to go with them and as they escort him across the dangerous wilderness, they get to know each other on a very personal level. And, on top of that, they want to introduce him to their friends.

So yes, each of these novellas feature hot young-human-guy on hot-inhuman-lady action. And a variety of other things, ranging from BDSM, to size play, to furotica, and a few more things.

I really hope everyone enjoys this. I put a lot of work into it.

One thing I do want to say is that I will be putting this one on sale very soon. Not free, but I will be dropping it down to 99 cents for several days, around Christmas time. I'll make a bigger post about it then.

I Need A Break

2017 is coming to a close, and as it does, I've come to realize that I seriously need a break. Like a real one.

This year hasn't really been a good one for me. I don't really like to complain for a number of reasons, but mainly because my job (if it can really be called that) is easier than a lot of jobs. There are obvious benefits, but also obvious negatives. The biggest of which is: my income is tied to a basically random thing.

I have no real way to predict my paychecks.

I've been slowly losing money over the past few years. Sometimes there will be a gradual increase, then there will be a decrease. Sometimes a sharp one. Basically since July of 2016, I've been working almost nonstop in a furious attempt to keep this going.

I saw that something like this was probably going to happen a little while ago, because it was becoming obvious that short story erotica titles weren't working for me in the same way they used to. I honestly don't know if it's something I'm doing, or if it's the market, or if maybe Amazon's tweaked their search algorithm to make the kind of erotica I write harder to find, or something else entirely. Either way, this isn't very tenable.

It's like a slowly sinking ship.

The obvious answer is long-form titles, which I began to try and write alongside the short stories earlier this year. It became untenable when I discovered the ability to create paperbacks, and decided to just try and get that out of the way. It was probably a stupid decision to go through and re-edit everything I've ever written, as that took up a lot of time. I've probably written over one million words so far.

Doing that project kind of messed me up for a few months. I was having bad anxiety and sleeping problems, and although they've largely faded away back to normal levels, I now find myself trapped in the quicksand of a serious lack of motivation. I honestly hate writing about it, because that just sounds like an excuse to be lazy.

Part of it is that it's winter. Winters are just bad for me. Always have been. But another big part of it is that I think I'm just burned out. And the reason I'm burned out is partially because I've been putting out title after title after title for so long now, and partially because I feel as though I'm getting diminishing returns. I'm working harder than ever, yet seeing less than ever as a result of my work.

The thing is, I still love writing erotica.

I just don't love writing short stories. I've gone over in the past why I've become frustrated with my short stories, but basically, it's harder to tell a good story in serialized format. Or, at least, it is for me.

I want to write longer works, but having to write short stories is getting in the way of that now more than ever.

What really made me decide to take this break was the fact that, with few exceptions, I've been able to sit down and write regardless of how I feel. Sometimes it takes all day because I am just not into it. Sometimes it goes very well. Mostly I can get it done in a reasonable amount of time. But over the past few days, I just cannot make myself work on wrapping up Desire Season Three. I'm just...tired. I'm exhausted mentally.

So I'm going to take the rest of December off.

Although, not completely. Here's the things I'll be doing.
  • Wrap Desire Season Three up. Just two more collections to be released. I'll try to get these done soon, within the next few days.
  • Finally, at long last, release The Misty Vixen Starter Pack. This is actually VERY close to being done. I'm on the last chapter of the last novella, and everything else has been edited up to that point. I'll make a big announcement about it.
  • Try to get a few more Thoughts & Reflections out.
  • Near Christmas, I'll organize a big giveaway sale.
  • Work on Demoness 2. I actually really want to begin work on it. I now have all three drawings that I'll be using for the Demoness Trilogy cover art. (I also have nude versions of the covers, too! Yelena is really hot naked.) I don't know when I'll actually get Demoness 2 done and out, since I likely won't be working on it in earnest during December.
Where I'm at right now, I don't really want to promise or talk about anything else. It's kind of hard to think and I just need time off to relax and recharge.

I'm sorry I have to do this. I've managed to power through the last two winters for the most part, but this year has been hard and scary for a number of reasons. I appreciate any patience you can manage.
